  • 1 tablespoon gelatin powder (about 1 packet)

  • 60 ml cold water

  • 1/2 Strawberry MELT
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • Fresh strawberries for decorating

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Gelatin: In a small bowl, sprinkle the gelatin powder over cold water. Let it sit for about 5 minutes until it blooms (softens).

  2. Heat the Cream and Milk: In a saucepan over medium heat, combine the heavy cream, whole milk, and granulated sugar. Stir until the sugar dissolves and the mixture is heated but not boiling.

  3. Combine Gelatin and Cream Mixture: Remove the saucepan from heat and stir in the bloomed gelatin until completely dissolved. Then add the Strawberry MELT (see the recommended amount on the package) and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.

  4. Pour into Molds: Pour the mixture into individual serving cups or ramekins. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until set.

  5. Serve:Once the panna cotta has set, carefully run a knife around the edges of the ramekins to loosen. Invert onto plates (if desired) or serve directly in the cups. Garnish with fresh strawberries or mint leaves if desired.
