Ingredients:

 

  • 175 g cooked jasmine rice

  • 240 g coconut milk

  • 50 g sugar

  • 1 Pineapple MELT
  • 85 g crushed pineapple, drained

  • Toasted coconut flakes for garnish

 

Instructions:

 

  1. In a saucepan, combine cooked rice, coconut milk, and sugar. Cook on medium heat until thick and creamy, about 10 minutes.

  2. Stir in crushed pineapple and contents of 1 Pineapple MELT (see the recommended amount on the package).

  3. Serve warm or chilled, topped with toasted coconut flakes.
