Mango MELT Cheesecake Bars

Delight your taste buds with these Mango MELT Cheesecake Bars! A perfect blend of creamy cheesecake and tropical mango, these bars offer a luscious dessert experience that's both refreshing and indulgent. With a buttery cookie crust and a rich filling enhanced by Mango MELT flavor, these cheesecake bars are perfect for any gathering or simply as a sweet treat at home.

 

Ingredients:

 

  • For the crust:
  • 120 g cookies, crushed

  • 60 g melted butter

  • 2 tbsp sugar


  • For the filling:
  • 450 g cream cheese, softened

  • 100 g sugar

  • 2 eggs

  • 1 Mango MELT
  • 125 g mango puree

 

Instructions:

 

  1. Preheat the oven to 160°C and line an 25x25 cm baking dish with parchment paper.

  2. In a bowl, mix cookie crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Press into the bottom of the baking dish to form the crust.

  3. In another bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in Mango MELT (see the recommended amount on the package) and mango puree.

  4. Pour the filling over the crust and bake for 30-35 minutes until set. Allow to cool, then refrigerate before cutting into bars.

 

After baking, let these delightful cheesecake bars cool completely before refrigerating. Once chilled, slice them into squares for a refreshing dessert that’s sure to impress. Each bite combines the creamy texture of cheesecake with the sweet, fruity essence of mango, making them a perfect ending to any meal!
