Cranberry Cherry Energy Bites

Enjoy a quick and nutritious snack with these Cranberry Cherry Energy Bites! Packed with wholesome ingredients, these bites are perfect for a pre-workout boost or a healthy treat any time of the day. They combine the chewy sweetness of dried cranberries and cherries with the richness of almond butter, making them both delicious and satisfying.


Ingredients:

  • 90 g rolled oats

  • 130 g almond butter (or nut butter of choice)

  • 85 g honey or maple syrup

  • 65 g dried cranberries

  • 75 g dried cherries

  • 40 g chia seeds (optional)

  • 1/2 Cranberry Cherry MELT

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, combine rolled oats, almond butter, honey or maple syrup, dried cranberries, dried cherries, Cranberry Cherry MELT (see the recommended amount on the package), and chia seeds if using.

  2. Mix until well combined, then refrigerate for 30 minutes to firm up.

  3. Roll the mixture into small balls and store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
